Anyone have a good recipe for reindeer?
My spouse and I will be hosting Christmas dinner this year. I was going to cook the usual Turducken, Lamb, Cow, Horse and Spam for the main dish. But I started thinking about Dasher and Prancer and Rudolf and all the others and my mouth began to water…. I think this year I will treat my guests right and serve them a nice reindeer delicatessen… has anyone got a good recipe?
Slow roast the reindeer on a spit over a fire in your backyard.
